Shipping Policy

We hand deliver or mail all of our sauces. We are still working to get better shipping rates negotiated so the shared rates may be subject to change. The one thing I can promise you is that if you buy our sauce, you will get our sauce.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are no fun for businesses. The only reason to justify a return for our delicious sauce is if you receive a broken bottle. Please don't mail me broken glass back ;). Just take a picture and send us an email to hotmamahotsauces@gmail. com and we will send you fresh sauce.
